We Support People in Recovery living with Mental illness
WHAT WE DO
— We Break
Mental health stigma is the leading cause for those in recovery from mental illness not seeking help. Our main priority is to break that stigma through advocacy, outreach, and education.
— We Share
Our stories are meaningful. By sharing the recovery journeys of people living with mental illness, we can use our voice to inspire generations.
— We Educate
The fields of psychology and mental health are vast and can be daunting. Use our Resources guide to navigate different mental illness, their symptoms, and how to get help when in crisis or struggling.
— We Research
Through research, change and innovation are possible. Previously, we partnered with Stanford School of Medicine to study teen mental health, and are now looking for more opportunities at universities to participate in research.
— We Strengthen
There’s strength in numbers. As we continue our campaign to break mental health stigma, we will keep impacting more people worldwide. Empowering individuals and communities to talk about mental health is our main objective.
— We Consult
The mental health movement has started in the United States – through social media and mental health organizations – but work still needs to be done, especially in the workforce. Our workshops and seminars will help companies focus on the mental health needs of their employees.
